Currently, we’re looking for a broad-minded Marketing Strategist that will look at Boldare marketing activities from a distance, give the right direction to communications, and support our New Business team. Do you follow marketing trends? Is analytics your secret power? Keep on reading!

As a Marketing Strategist, you will:

• Design high-level marketing strategy and give direction to New Business and other teams
• Set specific New Business marketing goals
• Advise the New Business team on marketing topics, challenge the strategy and tactics
• Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategies
• Analyze marketing indicators and present conclusions to your and other marketing teams
• Research the competition, forecast market trends, and bring ideas to the organization
• Support brand positioning for the specific target audience
• Co-develop the budget for marketing activities (split between marketing and sales activities)
• Use a wide range of analytical tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.
• Work iteratively and efficiently – imperfect is also good enough!
• Face an open feedback culture – you will receive direct and constant feedback on your work.

What do you need to get this position?

• Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience (preferably on the international market in digital product companies).
• Experience in building and implementing marketing strategies. 
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills – ability to comprehensively analyze the situation and draw conclusions.
• Data-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills and openness to business trips.
• When dealing with people, you feel like a kid in a candy store!
• Ability to give and receive feedback
• Familiarity with a broad spectrum of marketing activities (social media, ads, print marketing, newsletter, etc.).
• Proactivity and courage to propose and implement new solutions (trying new ways to achieve team goals).
• Strong self-management skills and willingness to take responsibility for daily tasks.
• “Getting things done” approach and a “can-do” attitude.
• Flexibility, openness, and focus on teamwork.
• English at C1+ level.

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity with the IT industry.
