Digiseed, a digital marketing agency working exclusively with b2b SaaS companies, is looking to hire a full-time copywriter to join our Client Delivery team.

You will be joining as the first full-time copywriter so this role is perfect for someone who fancies a challenge and wants to experience fast growth at a company.

The role

You will be collaborating closely with the founder and team members on the Client Delivery team to provide an excellent service to our clients, responsible for ideating, writing and optimising copy across paid ads, emails, landing pages and other marketing assets with the primary objective of conversion.

To excel in this role, you will need to have a passion for b2b copywriting and an understanding of buyer psychology.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimise high-quality copy for paid ads, emails, landing pages and other marketing assets across the funnel
• Take a lead on copywriting projects, collaborating closely with the founder and team to provide an excellent service
• Apply knowledge of b2b marketing funnels and buyer psychology to persuade and nurture leads with your copywriting skills
• Help systemise and optimise internal workflows so we’re always improving

The ideal candidate:

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, agency experience is a bonus
• Experience writing for b2b tech companies
• Passionate about copywriting and marketing in general, always seeking to learn more
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
• A can-do attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Willing to help in other areas of the company when necessary (growing a company is a team effort!)
• Will be able to understand and adapt to a range of different messaging and industries across different clients

Benefits & compensation:

• £26,000  – £30,000 dependent on skills and experience
• 25 days of paid holiday + your birthday off
