With an emphasis on user-centric interfaces, we aim to deliver intelligible, actionable, and unique insights from blockchain data and beyond, helping investors make educated decisions in an overly emotional and irrational market, and equipping blockchain teams with valuable insights on their projects and tokens.
Help us build and execute an exceptional Go-To-Market strategy that allows millions of users to gain actionable insights across different markets.
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager, a web3 enthusiast, and someone who understands the potential needs and pain points of our users first-hand. You will be working closely with our Product Marketing Team and cross-functional stakeholders to launch best-in-class products and features in the on-chain analytics space.
Join us remotely, you can be located anywhere around the CET time zone, as our work is 100% online. The position is full-time.
What you will be doing?
- Full ownership to create strategies for new products, setting plans for future product features
- Creating a solid foundation of data crunching for your go-to-market strategy, finding and interpreting these insights to generate hypotheses that can guide your action
- Working closely with cross-functional team members and our stakeholders to translate the product strategy into action, identify and ensure product-market fit with the roadmap
- Tracking and reporting on the results of your campaigns both for the team and with the company at large
- Facilitate the product development lifecycle for new products or features whilst finding new ways of improving Go-To-Market strategies, including finding new channels and partners to work with
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of implemented changes and features, running conversion rate optimization experiments to continuously improve the performance of key landing pages
What you need:
- Proven track record of managing a full lifecycle of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- You have strong communication, planning, and time management skills
- The ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders while adhering to clear time- and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, you are very comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- The desire to help Glassnode make the world of cryptocurrency more accessible to the broader public
