The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Product Content Manager to help bring a growing number of superb, free English Language Arts (ELA) curricula to K–12 schools across the country.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain expert knowledge of all products in the organization’s English Language Arts portfolio.
  • Work directly with the Sr. Product Manager to define, prioritize, and execute identified content requirements.
  • Interface with the Academic Team to clarify and execute requests.
  • Maintain curriculum catalog in the CMS, including corrections, updates, and improvements.
  • Work with and train potential ingestion contractors on the CMS and digital content requirements as well as content best practices.
  • Partner with Sr. Product Manager to review and ingest both new content and changes to existing content.
  • Create content documentation to be shared with internal shareholders.
  • Edit and improve content for best user experience.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills working in a virtual environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience with content or learning management systems is a must.
  • Background in education or educational technology with an emphasis in ELA preferred.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to foster a positive remote team environment.

  • We offer competitive and generous benefits packages that align to this full-time, exempt salaried position with a salary range between $55,000-$75,000 annual, depending on demonstrated skill level.
