About the Role
We are looking for a creative, conscientious mid-level Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our Marketing team.
The successful candidate will work within the Marketing department and be responsible for producing various creative assets for customer acquisition and marketing campaigns. This role is critical in helping manage the ROLLER brand and vision in our visual communications with customers and prospects. This includes but is not limited to blog images, infographics, social media ads, display ads, HTML5 ads, print collateral for tradeshows, events, direct mail, editing, and post-production of our podcast, email template design and product update videos.
In this capacity, you will work and collaborate closely with the broader Marketing and Design teams. This position reports to the Senior Graphic Designer.
What You’ll Do
- Developing inspiring and emotive design assets that powerfully reflect the marketing objective
- Basic editing of video and audio recordings for our Podcast. This will include producing the long-form version of the podcast, published on our website, and creating ‘snippets’ of content to be shared on social media platforms
- Creating assets and illustrations for our website, email, and blog posts as well as digital ads, focused on creating clear and enticing digital content, on driving lead conversions
- Creating product demo gifs – which will require recording of specific functionality in our platform, then turning the recordings into gifs that may be used on our website and other channels
- Creating printed assets for trade shows and events as well as for direct mail campaigns
- Assisting Sales & Marketing in the creation of sales decks, RFPs, and marketing content
- Ensure adherence to visual and brand design guidelines across all deliverables
- Assist the Senior Designer on evolving the brand, asset library, and design system
About You
- 3-5 years of graphic design and video editing experience, B2B technology experience is a bonus
- Deep understanding and proficiency in universal design principles
- Thorough understanding of communications, marketing, branding, and advertising concepts.
- Strong understanding of how to communicate key messages visually and within the context of the subject matter
- Demonstrated understanding of how to manage project workflows, including the accurate delivery of project deliverables on time and within the scope
- Highly proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and additional Adobe Suite applications
- Experience editing video and basic animation
- Experience in designing mobile-first responsive web experiences
