We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Principal Designer to lead our design team and bring our vision to life. As the Principal Designer, you will have the opportunity to lead the design of our cutting-edge mobile and web applications and website, from concept to launch. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to create engaging user experiences that have a real impact on people’s lives and see your designs in the hands of tens of thousands.

This is a fully remote, full-time, salaried position with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced and exciting startup environment. (Starting salary $80k, depending on experience.)

• Lead the design team and oversee all design projects related to mobile and web applications, websites, marketing material, email, and ads

• Create and manage design project timelines and budgets

• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing

• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and senior leadership

• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to bring new and innovative design solutions to the company

• Hands-on design work, with a focus on creating engaging user experiences and interfaces that help alleviate stress and anxiety for our users

• Strong portfolio showcasing your hands-on design experience with mobile and web applications, websites, ads, and user-centered design

• Experience with design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
