Valcre is reinventing Real Estate Valuation, and is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager for our growing Product team to scale and evolve our industry leading Valuation solutions. Reporting to the VP of Product, this role is a key driver of Valcre’s growth in both existing and new markets, and will strike a balance between tactical execution and strategic market planning. Leveraging strong analytical problem solving, technical acumen, customer centricity, and organization skills, you will coordinate the people, systems and processes to design and deliver transformative products that maximize customer value. You ask the right questions, are a master at detecting subtle details, and love to create novel solutions.

Product Management & Development
Serve as the primary liaison with Customer facing teams such as Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales to collect and prioritize product feedback and issues and opportunities for expansion. Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies.
Create and communicate feature mockups, product capabilities and plans to customers, prospects, internal stakeholders and public audiences.
Maintain prioritized product backlog with well-defined Epics and User Stories, gathering requirements from both external and internal customers, as well as other stakeholders with focus on their ultimate goals and workflows.
Participate in release planning efforts including aggregating preliminary release candidates, prioritizing release candidates in conjunction with internal stakeholders, facilitating solutioning and sizing discussions with Engineering and presenting final release candidates to the larger Valcre organization.
Organize user acceptance testing (internal and external), collect feedback and organize into actionable development priorities.
Product Strategy & Marketing
Help define product strategy & roadmap that align with established product vision, delight both internal and external customers, and create sustaining business value.
Manage the Go-To-Market launch process. Prepare launch plans, determine goals, and drive cross functional team alignment and readiness to ensure a successful launch.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to understand industry and design trends and product positioning, identifying and evaluating the business value for new product opportunities.
Create product marketing materials including product messaging, internal and external release notes & communications and internal Sales, Customer Success and Support training materials.
Product Analytics
Define, collect and measure key product metrics to inform relative success of each development cycle/release/launch and leverage data to support product decisions.
Compile, run and analyze customer and product surveys and conduct win/loss analysis.
2+ years of experience in a Software Product Management, Professional Services or Customer Success focused role.
Minimum 3-5 years overall experience, ideally in the Real Estate Analytics or Prop Tech industries.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and evolving environment.
Technically adept and familiar with Agile Software Development methodologies. Adept at working with technical resources to develop innovative solutions, review technical designs, evaluation implementation alternatives, assess rough level of effort, and troubleshoot blocking issues.
Inherently collaborative. You are both professionally and emotionally intelligent and confident, but approachable and open to new ideas. You’re not afraid to champion your cause using rational persuasion and excellent interpersonal skills but will stand by the group decision once committed. You are comfortable guiding productive discussions in cross functional environments.
Excellent communicator with the ability to quickly understand and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences in both written and oral formats.
