We’re looking for a senior developer with a strong sense of teamwork and a desire to make a positive impact on the world. You’ll take on a player/coach position, and contribute directly to some great projects while also providing guidance and mentorship to our team.

In this role, you’ll:
- Work on multiple projects at once, collaborating with other developers, designers, project managers, and strategists on a variety of engagements
- Help expand our codebase, workflows, and tools, while maintaining focus on reliability and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Help shape the future of our team by contributing to strategy and planning
- Work on complex projects involving advanced technologies and integrations, alongside our core offerings (like WordPress)
To succeed in this position, you’ll need:
- Extensive experience with WordPress development, including custom plugins, functionality, themes, data structures, and integrations
- Strong proficiency in Git, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS
- Experience working with modern frontend frameworks and libraries like React or VueJS
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and mentor team members
- A solution-oriented mentality, and the perspective, context, and awareness to solve complex problems in a sustainable way
- 8+ years of experience building cool stuff for the internet, and a commitment to continuous learning (for yourself and others)
- Availability to work at least 5 hours overlap with 9-5pm ET
- A genuine desire to contribute to the growth of our team and the quality of our work
