Key Responsibilities:

• Pain: Get a property lead and fail to follow up fast.
  • OM creation- standardized deal summary creating using an SOP
  • Create Call Lists — pull owners name, numbers and add to CRM (using this filtering and sourcing process [ex. 20k feet])
  • Email Marketing— drafting Email blasts and sending out the email blasts.
    • draft send for review— blast
  • CRM cleanliness- add notes and contacts into CRM
  • Organizing Email lists.

Week 1:

• Deal Summary (Design)
• Prioritize creating call lists
  • focus on geographic area
  • divide these lists of addresses and numbers into 50 contacts per day
• Make 50 calls per day
