As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work with our largest, most complex clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of Valcre. You will own the customer lifecycle, beginning with onboarding, through adoption and engagement, and renewals/upsells. Part mentor, project manager, consultant, and product specialist, Valcre Customer Success Managers are passionate about helping clients streamline their appraisal process and gain operational efficiencies using Valcre.

Onboarding – Work with new Valcre Clients to provide onboarding, data migration help, education, and documentation to drive long-term client success & value. Strategically Configure, Test, Document, and educate both Valcre and client resources on system design to ensure long-term success, you’ll be a critical piece of our product development feedback loop.
Revenue Generation – Participate in upsell campaigns and thoughtfully engage your clients in upsell conversations when appropriate.
Success Outcomes and Risk Management – Understand client growth goals, strategies & initiatives, and establish a best-in-class product experience.
Partnership – Identify & build relationships with key Executive Stakeholders within your portfolio.
Retention – Proactively escalate at-risk Clients and ensure internal visibility by providing regular updates, status, and next steps on a regular cadence.
You have 5+ years of Account Management, Client Success and/or Sales experience in a tech company (ideally with Client Success, CRM, or related applications i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Salesloft in a SaaS environment)
You have a consistent track record of delivering high renewal rates and meeting up-sell quota
You have a strong passion for being hands-on technically and establishing yourself as a subject matter expert
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, frequently changing, and evolving environment
You have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams within a Client organization to support a joint outcome.
You have experience mentoring team members and leading high level trainings
BA/BS or Equivalent Experience
