Care Harmony is seeking a Head of Customer Success to build out our post-implementation function. Day to day this candidate will be responsible for the success of the onboarded client as well as creation of workflows and processes.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, ownership of supporting the needs of the client, receiving and implementing feedback from a high level, and providing visibility to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems, a high sense of urgency, and be extremely organized.
