This position reports to program lead, and partners with various teams to provide detailed schedules, status, and organize required information for brand marketing and creative with clear phases of deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and comprehensive knowledge of digital, collateral and creative projects and processes. As an experienced brand marketing project manager, with at least 3-5 years under their belt, this individual will collaborate across teams consisting of web developers, designers, writers, developers, executives, digital marketing and research teams to publish creative work, content and organize creative assets.

Be the key point person, intaking stakeholder inputs and making strategic and logistical recommendations to meet business deadline objectives. He/she will become a representative for the assigned marketing program team. No two days are alike, and this individual will need to navigate his/her way through it all with confidence, a problem-solving attitude, and, hopefully, a sense of humor. Finally, flexibility, curiosity, and multi-tasking are key given the ever-evolving set of responsibilities.  Major Responsibilities/Key Activities but not limited to:  • Drives, plans, maintains, s, and publishes company’s content calendars for all social media channels accordingly per set strategies, activities, etc. • Manage traffic flow, schedules for internal working teams.

• Client’s social media on campaign and organic publishing content calendar, and manage workflow to deliver on schedules.

• Assist in organizing document preparation for deliverables e.g. Google Doc or Google presentations.

• Accountable for every step of the brand marketing/creative project development process and successful, timely delivery of projects.

• Uphold standards and best practices, attention to details, QA, organization

• Mitigate risk on projects, engage in contingency planning, recommend solutions, and proactively engage in problem solving. • Provide status s on projects on a regular basis.

• Liaison, support across creative and business marketing s to coordinate program schedules and deliverables. • Interface with internal working teams.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously on a daily basis, timelines, deadlines, track budgets and guidelines.

• Maintains project tempo and pace • Follows and documents the Project Management methodology on all projects Experience, Skills Required

● Fluent in English speaking and writing communication

● Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in creative project management for online and offline

● Self-motivated, and disciplined with high standard quality work

● Experience in a marketing or creative agency, or internal creative team

● Experience collaborating with marketing teams including brand managers

● Fluent in Google Office and Microsoft Office programs, and/or Smartsheet

Flexible to work with different time zones Education And Training

● BA, BS degree, or equivalent year-for-year work experience preferred
