Full-Time Marketing Associate (Bilingual)

Hourly Rate $8 – $10 / hour (USD)

We are seeking a talented and results-driven bilingual Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and tactics across various channels to drive brand awareness, engage our client’s target audience, and achieve our marketing goals. You will collaborate with the team to plan and develop effective campaigns, optimize performance based on data analysis, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations. Additionally, you will provide support in other marketing-related tasks based on your qualifications and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Create bilingual marketing content
• Execute marketing strategies and tactics across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and advertising initiatives
• Collaborate with the team to plan and develop effective campaigns that align with clients’ objectives and target audience
• Optimize campaigns based on data analysis and insights to enhance performance and maximize ROI
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to contribute fresh ideas and approaches
• Assist in other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the company based on your qualifications and expertise

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience executing marketing strategies and tactics across multiple channels, including Meta, TikTok, email marketing, content creation, and advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas and approaches to marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and content creation tools.
• Experience in Facebook, Meta, and Manychat is also a plus.
