You Will:

• Welcome clients and engage in conversation.
• Respond to chat requests and concerns via live chat and email.
• Maintain and keep platforms free from inappropriate, and illegal content.
• Ensure that players adhere to the game’s rules and regulations.

You are:

• A native French and fluent English Speaker.
• 21+ year old.
• Fast in typing with perfect grammar.
• Able to learn and adapt quickly to new changes and environment.
• Multitasker and willing to improve.
• Professional and can empathize with customer issues.

• Full-time job with 5 working days having 40 to 44 hours per week.
• Morning and/or Afternoon schedules with 1 work day on weekends.
• Long-term job position.
