Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize innovative email marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
• Generate engaging email content, working closely with external copywriters and designers, while maintaining ultimate responsibility for the success of the campaigns.
• Develop, manage, and refine an effective email list for optimized subscriber engagement.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing and leverage advanced analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and improve campaign performance.
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate closely with other teams and external resources, showcasing excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.

• Proven experience in email marketing within the e-commerce sector.
• Growth-hacker mindset and a commitment to continual learning and self-improvement.
• Experience managing relationships with external creative resources such as copywriters and designers.
• Exceptional cognitive abilities and creativity, as evidenced by previous success in strategic planning, decision-making, and adapting to new information and challenges.
• Demonstrated strength in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Expert-level familiarity with email automation software (Clavio and Hubspot).
• Understanding of email regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM Act.
