As a CRM QA Specialist you will identify and fix any defects or errors in all CRM campaigns before they are released to the customer. The role requires designing, building, checking and implementing quality assurance processes for CRM automated journeys and ad-hoc campaigns across all products, systems and bonus tools.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious CRM QA Specialist to join our innovative and rapidly growing CRM department.

Your core focus will be to ensure our global CRM marketing initiatives are launched to the highest quality standards and offer the best-in-class customer experiences; allowing CRM to run smoothly and processes run efficiently.

This is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of CRM projects and systems across multiple territories and products. You will be involved in all aspects of the testing and delivery of bespoke mechanics, customer communications and automated journeys before and through to full-release status.

The role requires both manual and automated testing; the company is early into its automated testing journey, which you will be able to shape and influence. Your attention to detail and commitment towards achieving exceptional customer experiences will play a crucial role in enhancing player retention and help to drive business growth.

You must demonstrate resilience, enthusiasm and have a can do attitude towards challenges.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a QA Specialist or Test Analyst; ideally in CRM marketing role within the iGaming industry.
  • Experience in the design and execution of quality assurance processes for varied technical and CRM solutions.
  • Ability to conduct both automated and manual testing on CRM systems (CDP, CEP, 3rd Party Bonus Tools) with some experience using Optimove, Braze or similar.
  • Customer focused and results driven with the desire to test, re-evaluate, optimise, and test again.
  • Good understanding of data flows, infrastructure and security.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical colleagues; identifying and communicating solutions in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Experienced at using APIs and real-time event data to retrieve information to use in campaigns for segmentation, personalisation and/or localisation purposes.
  • A solution-finder with the ability to identify gaps and present workable fixes; able to logically explain the benefits of change and make reasoned recommendations.
  • Agile mindset, ideally with experience of working in an agile development environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills; must be creative, organised, committed and responsible.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and test cases to verify the functionality and performance of CRM marketing campaigns, customer communications and bonus mechanics.
  • Ensuring QA test standards reflect campaign and brand objectives, whilst offering the best-in-class customer experience.
  • Reviewing plans in accordance to local regulatory and advertising standards whilst maintaining an in-depth knowledge of licensing frameworks and regulatory changes.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving before any plans are released to the customer; escalating risks and issues in a timely manner within existing risk frameworks.
  • Working closely with CRM Project Manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives for CRM initiatives prior to testing.
  • Analysing test results and providing constructive feedback with insights to better streamline processes and improve promotional experiences with a customer-focused approach.
  • Providing excellent and consistent support to team members, project stakeholders on quality assurance matters.
  • Proactively assisting the CRM departments and its stakeholders in the generation of quality system documentation such as risk assessment, risk solution, alternative plan, suspect analytical results and quality technical agreements.
  • Assessing test results, troubleshooting issues, speak to internal and external stakeholders to establish technical solutions.
  • Designing daily routine inspection plan and carrying out quality tests based on risk assessment.
