What you will do

Community Management:

• Owner and POC of our Community Ambassador Program.
• Engage, moderate and communicate with community members in all of our channels: Discord, WA and Telegram.

Events and Partnerships:

• Oversee the E2E event management of on-site, virtual and hybrid events in Mexico.

Operations, Data and Automations:

• Own the automation of processes for increased efficiency.
• Own the building of the documentation of resources for our community knowledge base.
• Analyze community data and generate reports and dashboards.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business, Community Management) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in community management, event coordination, or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze community metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in coordinating events and managing community content.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product teams.
