· Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.
Content Distribution and Promotion:
· Manage the distribution and promotion of content across various channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and third-party platforms.
· Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
· Utilize social media platforms to amplify content reach and engage with the target audience.
Performance Measurement:
· Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
· Make data-driven decisions and recommendations to optimize content strategy and improve performance.
Brand Management:
· Ensure consistency of brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all content.
· Uphold brand guidelines and standards in all content materials.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Marketing Content Manager or similar role.
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
· Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
· Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Knowledge of the construction, energy efficiency, or related industries is a plus.
