Reporting to our Senior Manager of Implementations, you will be a key player in the delivery of projects to our customers. You will be able to work collaboratively with our clients, our Client Experience teams and across other areas of our organization such as Sales, Product and Development. In this role you will be responsible for delivering the entire SeatGeek suite of products and services, including back-end software, customer-facing software, and third-party integrations.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with clients to manage the delivery and configuration of systems, determine needs and solutions, advise on processes and best practices
  • Lead and own project work streams including the coordinating and leading of both remote and onsite meetings
  • Assess a client’s needs, ensuring that the solution blueprint covers and meets all requirements; manage any gaps with our teams
  • Travel to different client locations to manage and deliver on-site consultancy, training, workshops, configuration, and roll-outs
  • Manage customer relationships and relationships with your team and suppliers, resolving problems and ensuring delivery
  • Contribute to and maintain project and implementation documentation
  • Work closely with the Product and Solutions teams to ensure the quality of deliverables
  • Ensure client success by being a knowledgeable resource for them and resolving escalated client issues
  • Facilitate a smooth handover to support following the completion of projects
  • Work with our clients in the UK
  • Help develop standard procedures and efficiencies

What You Have

  • 2+ years experience working in a Ticketing or Software Delivery environment, ideally both
  • Ability to deliver effectively in a fast paced environment
  • A strong ethos of ownership and accountability
  • Capability to digest problems effectively and find pragmatic, workable solutions
  • Ability to work under your own initiative; you are organized and conscientious
  • Creative thinking when faced with challenges
  • Willingness to become an expert in all things SeatGeek including our primary product and various 3rd party integrations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and promote collaboration between departments
  • Openness to change and improvement, a desire to find efficiency and improve quality
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$95,000. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
