Description of the offer

We seek a talented, experienced Digital Marketing and Website Manager to join our payments company. As a hands-on Digital professional, you will be crucial in driving customer acquisition and engagement through paid and earned channels, including app marketing. You will also be responsible for optimising our websites and ensuring their alignment with our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of SEO, website management, and app marketing strategies. Experience with Clevertap or other similar engagement platforms is highly desirable.

Key requirements for this hybrid/remote role:

 

  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Successfully managed paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including PPC, App, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Ability to develop and implement app marketing strategies to increase app installs, user engagement, and retention.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, and data analysis to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools, principles and techniques, including keyword research.
  • Ability to execute link-building strategies to enhance website authority and visibility.
  • Proficiency in website management and CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar.
  • Good knowledge of website and app analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, App Store Analytics)
  • Familiarity with app store optimisation (ASO) techniques for improved app discoverability and conversion rates.
  • Experience working with Clevertap or similar customer engagement platforms
  • Proficiency in utilising in-app messaging, push notifications, and other app marketing channels for personalised messaging.
  • Proficiency in utilising engagement platforms for personalised and targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to manage lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends for driving marketing strategies.
  • Excellent Excel or spreadsheet skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective marketing messages and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.
