For our partner, Rugby Africa, the governing body of rugby in Africa, we are looking for a Personal Assistant in Paris for a 1-week mission paid 600 Euros.
The mission will be from October 23 to 29.
You must be Bilingual English and French.
You must be based in Paris.
As a Personal Assistant, you will organize the official visit to Paris of the President of Rugby Africa, the governing body of rugby in Africa. You will provide support in all aspects of his visit to guarantee a smooth and efficient trip and to insure he experience the best stay possible.
Your duties and responsibilities will be:
• Look for accommodation that meets expectations
• Travel and security arrangements
• Professional and personal agenda management
• Management of email and phone calls
• Identify service providers, negotiate quotes and ensure the quality of services provided
• Act as a point of liaison with the Senior Executive Assistant

• Excellent personal presentation, style and image
The mission is a 1-week temporary assignment paid 600 Euros or more depending on experience. You must be based in Paris.
You are a highly organized person with a natural ability to manage and prioritize your workload effectively. You are very flexible and able to adapt to many situations. You guarantee maximum discretion and confidentiality.
This position requires a high degree of availability and time flexibility.
