About the Role:

As a Human Resources Generalist at Stream Data Centers, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team and contribute to the success of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing various HR functions, developing and implementing HR policies, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, you will have the chance to collaborate with department leaders and provide guidance on employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage various HR functions within the data center ecosystem, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and comply with labor laws and regulations in various locations
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations, from time to time
  • Help administer and design new programs including total rewards
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and assist with the resolution of workplace conflicts
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the technology or data center industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and other HR-related software
  • Professional certification in HR, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, is a plus
  • Ability to travel occasionally to different data center locations as needed
  • Travel is expected to be 10% but up to 20% depending on business needs

Compensation range depending on location and experience is a range of $80,000 – $120,000 annually + bonus.
