Hello, Operations Managers!

My name is Julia and I am the COO at Seven Lions Media Limited – we are a full-cycle direct-response marketing agency that develops white-label supplements with a global presence (but mainly in the US). We are an agile, 100% remote, dynamic company that focuses on product development and marketing, but does so much more than that!

We are looking to hire a motivated Operations Manager who has experience confidently executing strategies that will allow the company to meet and exceed aggressive goals while delivering client projects under budget and within deadlines that earn top job success scores. We want someone who can align with our main values which are to work smarter, not harder!

This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements

We are looking for an Operations Manager specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Has experience as an operations, project, or a product manager of at least 2+ years
  • Has at least 2+ years of experience in the ecommerce space
  • Has at least 2+ years of experience with direct response marketing
  • Proficient in PM tool PRO (Clickup preferably) and G Suite Pro
  • Team management experience
  • Experience in addressing and coordinating client and company concerns and solutions
  • Ability to maintain quality assurance and high-quality standards for work

 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Overseeing and managing end-to-end product and project management including task assignments and verification, and Q&A
  • Strategizing affiliate sales and developing affiliate reports
  • Developing and organizing existing systems, processes, and SOPs business-wide as well as working with each department to create new ones that you will help grow and evolve
  • Conducting analytics and split testing – execution and follow-up
  • Managing external services (customer support, welcome calls, cart abandonment calls, email list management, direct mail campaign) – account setup, integration setup, communications, and reporting
  • Product development – sourcing for actors, managing contracts NDAs, and agreements, funnel development, and conducting test orders with real credit cards
  • Product translation projects – providing info, setting up spreadsheets to calculate profits, and product maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including insurance and TM
  • Managing product fulfillment, label design, creative asset, rebranding bonuses, and funnel monetization
  • HR – head employees onboarding and salary/commission computations
