Expat Job is hiring Performance Marketing Specialist (Full-time Remote) for a company specializing in teaching foreign language.

TIME AND WORKING PLACE:
– Working location: remote in Thailand.
– Report to: Hiring Manager.
– Interview: 1st round: Interview with Line Manager, 2nd round: Technical Test, 3rd round (optional): Meet team PM.
REQUIREMENTS:
This job is opened to Local Thai candidates only with fluent English skill.
– 3 – 4 years of experience in performance-based role.
– Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
– Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
– Hands-on experience in Facebook/Adwords/Ad Network.
– Data driven mindset and strong analytical.
– Detail-oriented and highly creative.
– Knowledge of common KPIs for UA and ASO such as CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention, etc.
– Fluent in English.
Preferred:
– Background working in education industry is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Develop, execute, and measure paid ads (Meta, GG Ads, TikTok, LINE ads,…) campaigns across in-app & website purchase.
– Analyze data and improve campaign performance towards ROI goals.
– Perform A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams.
– Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis.
– Identify trends and insights, and work with team to produce ads creatives based on local insights.
– Assist in providing Thai market research for marketing.
– Manage creative assets and development with in-house designer.
