We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has a strong design background, extensive experience leading design teams, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You will work with a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers to create cutting-edge designs for web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering high-quality user interfaces, interaction designs, and user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs meet project goals and objectives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions with our Content Strategist and Researcher
- Manage your design projects, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a design studio or agency environment
- Experience leading design teams and managing design projects from concept to delivery
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, process, and outcomes
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for designing exceptional user experiences and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
Compensation: Negotiable
