Modern Tax Law Firm is seeking a Digital Marketing – SEO Manager to join our team and assist leadership develop firm brand awareness throughout the US in order to drive website traffic and foster new client development.

You will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy. This is an extremely dynamic position and a great opportunity for a digital marketing person to build their career. This role will work with ownership on a wide range of digital marketing functions and creative ideation, including strategic planning and tactic development, e-mail marketing (content and deployment), content development and marketing, SEO, paid and organic SMM, content production and dissemination, and website and landing page design and optimization.

This is a remote position so you must have great quality internet.

Duties:

  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels so as to develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including testing, and optimizing online advertising strategies and campaigns through Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads and other mediums.
  • Using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to analyze data, set strategic key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the competition.
  • Working closely with graphic designers and web developers to improve existing website UX/UI and manage the development of new website properties within the main site structure.
  • Define and evaluate the success of digital marketing initiatives to drive conversion, traffic and appointments (i.e, email, Social Media, PPC, SEM, SEO and other digital channels).
  • Develop clear and concise results analysis reporting templates that demonstrate an understanding of the firm’s digital marketing performance.
  • Generate website and keyword traffic analytics and effectively present analyses to principals.
  • Support the design and implementation of marketing automation based on data-driven customer behavior flags/triggers.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns and the use of landing pages on all major search engines.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, website optimization techniques and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) and solid working knowledge of the Google suite of marketing tools, besides Google analytics, including Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Working knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g. Meltwater, Digimind, native platform tools including LinkedIn and Twitter).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Working knowledge of web development including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Solid working knowledge of LinkedIn Business advertising and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of web design procedures.
  • Recruit, select and train digital marketing team and follow up on work results.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence with a strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience building dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Develops client journey and lead nurture campaigns and identify critical conversion points and drop off points to further optimize the client journeys.
  • Some graphics and HTML skills.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
