About the job: As a Senior Designer, you’ll work closely with the Creative team to drive the development of visual assets and design elements for a variety of internal and external projects, including strategies, events, social media, digital content, email, visual identity development, and more. This includes the compilation, design and layout of company decks, presentations, client strategies, branded collateral, digital mockups, and other creative assets.
You’ll work seamlessly with our creative strategy leads, design director, digital strategists, project managers, and digital designers to create awe-inspiring ideas, campaigns, and assets.
About you: Creativity and Technical Fluency: Your portfolio demonstrates a high-caliber understanding of visual design across a number of mediums including print, graphics, UI, e-mail, spatial, packaging, merch and more. You can simultaneously push to think outside the box, while working within brand parameters. You have mastery over Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Bonus if you have experience working with Premiere and After Effects.), as well as Keynote and Powerpoint/Google Slides.
Professionalism and project management: You have a buttoned-up approach to project management, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once, both when collaborating as a team and managing independently. You have exquisite attention to detail.
Communication and Problem-Solving: You are an excellent writer and communicator, with the ability to self-motivate, pivot as needed, and voice frictions and roadblocks as they arise. You possess a solution-oriented attitude.
