Senior Marketing Associate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end-to-end RFP proposal process by managing internal timelines, subject matter expert (SME) assignments, deliverables, and proposal submission deadlines.
• Maintain proposal libraries and stay updated on relevant platforms and tools.
• Assist with developing, executing, managing, and evaluating go-to-market materials including but not limited to product one-pagers, sales proposals, and decks.
• Create, modify, and format PowerPoint presentations, word/pdf documents, and excel documents to ensure content aligns with Advantmed’s brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Work closely with internal Marketing, Client Success, Product, and Sales teams to build strong relationships and collaborate on innovative new strategies for revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience working in B2B marketing (Healthcare Industry Preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross departmentally and build collaborative relationships
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva and project management software/skills; experience in Salesforce and Loopio (or equivalent RFP CRM platform) preferred.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and ability to work independently
