Description of the offer

Prosci is seeking a Marketing Manager for our Canadian and Caribbean markets. In this role, you will lead end-to-end marketing programs, drive revenue growth and deepening Prosci’s relationships with clients. Your role includes crafting innovative Account-Based Marketing initiatives, navigating industry verticals through strategic partnerships and strategically expanding Prosci’s footprint in key regions.

The successful candidate will have strong experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans, with a view to co-ordinating local needs with Global Marketing initiatives. You will have strong analytical skills, a proven track record in B2B lead generation and thrive in a cross-functional collaborative environment. You are a doer with a bias for action, ready to shape the future of Prosci’s regional marketing success.

 

Marketing Manager’s responsibilities are primarily focused on:

Supporting Sales targets:

  • Deliver end-to-end marketing programs in Canada and the Caribbean, emphasizing client growth, business expansion, and acquisition of new clients.
  • Expand non-training revenue streams, including advisory and licensing.
  • Create Account-Based Marketing initiatives to support key client growth
  • Collaborate with the team leader and upcoming Quebec Client Solutions Manager to enhance market presence in Quebec
  • Assess regional performance and provide strategic guidance based on results.

Vertical Marketing:

  • Focus on industry verticals through strategic partnerships to elevate Prosci’s offerings.
  • Source and attend key events aligning with Prosci’s market and key industries.
  • Source case studies, testimonials and references focusing on verticals and key market segments.

Digital and Social Marketing:

  • Support the rollout of a global social strategy in Canada and the Caribbean.
  • Develop and execute a Social Media engagement strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, to raise awareness in the Canadian and Caribbean markets.
  • Evaluate programs and leverage LinkedIn Navigator in collaboration with the Client Solutions (Sales) team.

Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with Prosci’s Global Marketing Center of Acceleration (COA) to align activities and efforts so we may achieve business goals in Canada, the Caribbean and Globally.
  • Leverage global marketing initiatives for local markets.
  • Work closely with the sales team.

Strategic Oversight:

  • Develop and track an annual integrated marketing plan for Canada and Caribbean that aligns to our regional and global business goals
  • Track campaign and marketing activities and report on results
  • Participate and collaborate with the Global content team to strengthen our market position.

Other:

  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Analyze the competitive market and landscape in Canada and the Caribbean across the various Prosci offerings.
  • Undertake additional Marketing activities and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business / marketing, with 7 + years of professional services marketing.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal; French proficiency is an asset.

• Proven success in B2B marketing, Account Based Marketing, and Industry Vertical Marketing.

• B2B lead generation and new customer acquisition marketing.

• Experienced working directly with sales teams and providing supports and funnel management.

• Experience managing marketing budgets.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret ROI (Return on Investment) and performance marketing KPIs.

Technical/Functional Skills

• Working knowledge of business operations and decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in Office 365, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) LinkedIn Advertising, LinkedIn Navigator

• Google Analytics experience is a nice to have.

Preferred

• Certification in Prosci Change Management methodology is a plus.

• Excellent professional judgment and commitment driving sales.

• Analytical person with the ability to arrive at the best solutions for all parties.
