Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.
We need an English-fluent Mobile UX/UI Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Develop user interfaces for digital products across multiple platforms.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design vision and execution.
- Ensure consistency in design language across various products.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems.
- Analyze user feedback and usage metrics to inform design iterations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects.
- High degree of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in creating responsive designs for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
It’s a plus:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to utilize AI tools for research, copywriting, and asset generation (e.g.,ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney).
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 – $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
