We are a team of 15 people, including experienced go-to-market experts, senior developers, and passionate product guys committed to building the most user-friendly and advanced interactive demo platform.

Our main offices are located in San Francisco and Paris, with some team members located worldwide. We celebrate our collective achievements by organizing bi-annual off-site in fantastic places worldwide!

We are a fast-growing startup that just raised a seed round with A-level investors, and we are now looking to skyrocket Guideflow’s growth and help millions of users interact on the web in a better way.

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our founding team and help shape the future of product-led.

Role Overview:

As the Founding UX/UI Designer at Guideflow, you will play a crucial role in defining and designing the visual and interactive aspects of our products.

Working closely with our Founders, you will take full ownership of the design process, ensuring our product is intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact on a product aimed at millions of users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Autonomy & Proactivity: Take full ownership of your design projects, leveraging your expertise to collaborate closely with our Founders and drive product success.
  • Thorough & Organized: Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Detail-Oriented: Create clean and simple interfaces, continually refining your work to achieve pixel-perfect precision and align with our design standards.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, sharing progress, seeking feedback, and contributing innovative ideas to achieve collective goals.
  • Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, driving change among stakeholders and confidently tackling unfamiliar subjects.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Passion for creating products that reach and delight millions of users.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect designs.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing new challenges and driving change.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record in SaaS or similar industries.
  • Design our projects’ first MVPs.
  • Participating to research interviews with our product design partners to drive user experience decisions.
  • Identifying customers’ problems and solve them with simple & innovative UX/UI design solutions.
  • Full working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Strong organizational and methodological skills.

 

Preferred:

  • Based in France.
  • Immediate availability to start.
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment.
  • Skills in motion design and graphics are a plus.

 

Hiring Process:

  1. Pre-qualification call (20 minutes) to discuss your experience and fit.
  2. Technical test (1 hour 30 minutes) to assess your design skills and approach.
  3. In-person interview at our office with the co-founders (1 hour).
  4. Offer and welcome to the team!
