Launch Medical is on a mission to revolutionize men’s sexual health with cutting-edge medical technologies. Our flagship product, The Phoenix, is the world’s first at-home shockwave therapy device. We’re now expanding our offerings with the Tech Ring, a smart device that tracks penile health, measures progress, and delivers immediate performance enhancements.
Our upcoming ecosystem will integrate these devices with a mobile app, empowering men to take control of their health using medical-grade technology—no prescriptions required. Looking ahead, we’re launching a next-generation device, Sonal, to replace The Phoenix in 2026.
The Role
We’re seeking a Lead Product Designer to create a cohesive brand identity for Launch Medical and redesign our website with a focus on conversions and user experience. This is a pivotal role where you’ll help shape the visual and functional identity of our brand as we expand to multiple products under the Launch Medical umbrella.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a cohesive brand identity for Launch Medical that reflects our mission and supports future growth.
- Redesign the Launch Medical website to streamline content, optimize conversion rates, and enhance user flow.
- Overhaul our quiz/assessment funnel, a high-performing tool that generates personalized health reports and product recommendations.
- Collaborate on the design of a mobile app that connects our devices and delivers a seamless user experience.
- Provide creative direction for refreshed assets, including photography, videos, and product renderings.
- Oversee and align ad creatives, email designs, and all brand-related visuals to maintain a consistent style and tone across all channels.
- Design and optimize landing pages for paid media campaigns to drive high-conversion rates.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in Product Design, with expertise in UI/UX design, branding, and creative direction.
- Skills:
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user-testing platforms.
- Familiarity with visual builders like Replo, Shogun, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience with testing and analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design, conversion optimization, and user engagement strategies.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with a user-first approach who can balance aesthetics, functionality, and business goals.
- Collaboration: Able to work closely with developers, marketers, and leadership to bring concepts to life.
