A Motion Designer at BRĒZ brings a keen eye for compelling visuals and an instinct for creating movement that captivates audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and the ability to design content that stops people from scrolling and commands attention.

What you will do:

  • Dynamic Motion Design: Create motion graphics that people can’t ignore. From scroll-stopping social videos, kinetic type, GIFs and more.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts and execute designs that drive engagement, excitement, and loyalty.
  • Still Graphics Experience: Create bold and beautiful still graphics for use in ads, social media, web, and more—showing your versatility as a designer.

As a BRĒZ Email Graphic Designer, you will be reporting directly to the Creative Director. What we’re looking for

As a Product Designer you will work directly with the Head of Product and own the customer platform, company website, and marketing materials. You will have the opportunity to be a critical contributor to a first-of-its-kind system enabling the energy transition at scale and solve challenging UX/UI problems in the process.

 

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end design. You’ll help define early product concepts, flesh out the high-level workflow and micro-interactions of a feature, and execute on a crisp and effective visual design. Wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high fidelity prototypes
  • Rapid prototyping. Ability to move quickly from lo-fi to high-fi and back again. Ideally, we test every assumption and only build a subset of our designs. Great prototypes will drive product discovery.
  • Engineering partner. Work closely with product and forward deployed engineers to ensure designs seamlessly integrate with our engineering process.

     

Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design. Knowledge of Figma and user experience analytics software.
