Who we’re looking for
- Motion and digital design is in your blood, you’re constantly pushing the boundaries and learning new techniques to deliver world class work.
- You’re a natural born storyteller able to craft compelling narratives that hook people in, but also clearly explain our product.
- Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you understand the value of keeping projects on track to ensure success.
- You thrive under pressure and remain calm, recognising that tight deadlines are part and parcel of the industry.
You’ll have
- 5-10 years of experience, either in-house or at a digital agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (especially After Effects and Photoshop), bonus points if you know your way around Figma too.
- A deep understanding of post-production workflow, with an ownership mentality, relentless pursuit of excellence, and personal growth.
- Top notch communication skills keeping the team in the loop with weekly catch ups and updating your tasks within our project management tool (Notion)
Bonus points
- You’re an athlete – either in the rowing or running space.
- You use apps like Strava, ErgFit or even CrewLAB.
