As Senior Product Manager you are responsible for driving the development and execution of the company’s product strategy for both our developer and end-user experiences.  Vouched is focused on driving growth while working towards profitability and you would be a hands-on contributor to this mission.  This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, technical and business acumen, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.  You are curious, customer-centric, and passionate about delivering experiences that delight developers and end-users.  Vouched operates in a collaborative environment and you must work effectively with both customer facing and technical colleagues. Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for your portion of the product, informed by analysis of customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
  • Drive the execution of all stages of the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, requirements, roadmap development, and product launch
  • Define  product requirements and build project plans to ensure they’re met
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development by engineering teams
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure Vouched is solving for the needs of the market, and collect regular feedback to inform product decisions
  • Drive messaging for all relevant product releases
  • Own the prioritization and triaging of regressions/bugs in existing capabilities
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans

Requirements

Required skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience in product management
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product plans.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adjust your message to your audience
  • Experience writing queries for analysis, building dashboards, defining KPIs for tests, and measuring product performance
  • Previous experience in an early-stage startup required

The Team & Role

The Product Organization team defines and implements the product vision, strategy and roadmap across Zuora’s CPQ, Billing, Revenue and Platform suite. What You’ll Achieve

  • Own end-to-end feature delivery, including working with user experience on prototypes, authoring functional requirements and functional specification documents, creating and prioritizing user stories, analyzing user data to drive decision making and documenting delivery of quarterly releases.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • 8+ years of relevant, hands-on product management experience and demonstrated success bringing products to market at leading enterprise software SaaS companies.

The Product Manager is responsible for establishing deep product expertise from a product and market perspective by understanding buyer and user personas, features and functionality, ROI, value proposition, architecture, competitive landscape, voice of customer, and market trends. Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong focus on Business Analysis and Scrum Master responsibilities. The Product Manager reports to the Director of Product, located in the USA, and will work with a development team based mostly out of Romania. This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
