About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with proven project management experience to take on a key role in managing both technical and community management project deliveries. This position is not just about overseeing processes—it’s about taking ownership of projects, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams and clients.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that technical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with excellent results, while simultaneously managing client-facing interactions to maintain and build strong relationships. You will be supporting the technical team by managing workloads and workstreams, using data-driven metrics to inform decisions and processes.

 

The ideal candidate will thrive on coordination across multiple projects, while also being comfortable with hands-on support when necessary. You will manage billable hours, oversee capacity across multiple client facing projects, and drive the evolution of our project management processes to better integrate community and consultancy methodologies. Your ability to prioritise and communicate clearly across teams and to clients is essential, as is your focus on efficiency, accuracy, and delivering business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven project management and organisational skills preferably within a consultancy or agency environment. Ability to deal with multiple initiatives at the same time, flexible and able to prioritise. PMP or equivalent qualification is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a technical delivery environment is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English with great communication, listening and influencing skills; high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to research information to provide answers.
  • Self-motivated, with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to take the initiative and work independently.
  • Experience in dealing with metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders or high-value leaders in a fast-moving environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical team’s workload and sprint process, ensuring realistic commitments, meeting deadlines, and maintaining smooth, efficient operations through ticket and backlog management, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Oversee the committed service wrap hours for each client by tracking billable hours, generating reports, monitoring remaining hours, and keeping clients informed while planning and negotiating future usage.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of client-facing technical projects. Manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring each person is accountable for their part. Drive the team to progress according to the agreed timelines and objectives.
  • Act as the key point of contact for transitioning projects from the Sales team to the Tech team, ensuring smooth and effective handovers. Evaluate project flow, and conduct regular meetings to keep projects on track. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Serve as Incident Manager during production incidents and oversee change management by informing clients of deployments, ensuring process adherence, communicating during incidents, and updating the outage tracker
  • Liaise with clients to ensure they are satisfied with progress and outputs and ultimately deliver excellence for them.
  • Focus on achieving business results by effectively managing a variety of additional projects that contribute to the company’s success. These projects represent opportunities for our business to develop new products, troubleshoot problems or launch initiatives designed to reduce operational costs, optimise processes and reinforce community methodology.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and detail orientation, while maintaining consistent lines of communication with all teams involved in each project.
  • Scope and prioritise activities based on constantly evolving priorities, and effectively balance the two sides to this role.
  • Develop and evolve our project management processes in line with our consultancy and community management methodology, bringing improvements and efficiencies to our work.

 

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of other European languages.
  • An interest or experience in online forum communities is a plus.
  • Technical skills including knowledge of Jira, Asana, Salesforce, Google Suite and MacOS are an advantage.

About the Role 

At Litify, our Product Managers prioritize and execute our roadmap, and provide detailed requirements and direction for the Engineering and UX teams in software development cycles. The Product Manager leads continuous discovery – including market research, competitive analysis, and regular collaboration with key stakeholders and clients – to inform a winning product strategy. Additionally, they are the functional product owner for their team, and are responsible for creating tickets with requirements and acceptance criteria, and for partnering with Engineering to ensure development is executed to specifications and delivered within our release framework. Lastly, our Product Managers serve as subject matter experts for their products, and occasionally represent Litify in client meetings, pitches, and demos.

This Senior Product Manager position sits within our Litify Practice Management team, and is focused on bringing AI tools to market which serve top law firms. This role reports to our Director of Product for Litify Practice Management, and will lead major product initiatives for the company.

In this role, you willll:

  • Work alongside strategic product leaders to produce a detailed product roadmap and convert it into functional work
  • Meet with the Engineering team daily to make sure the team has what they need to execute work and remove any roadmap blockers or ambiguity
  • Review sprint work against acceptance criteria and work with QA to ensure proper testing criteria is met
  • Work closely with UX to assist with customer research and requirements gathering
  • Maintain a pulse on tech debt, bugs and key customer asks to disposition them
  • Work closely with our Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to deeply understand and address user needs

To be successful, you have/are:

  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager for 4-5 years
  • Experience working with SaaS products, machine learning, data platforms or pipelines, and managing product integrations – experience building AI tools is a major plus
  • Managing beta rollouts and willingness to get your hands dirty with customer implementations and questions
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Disclosure:
The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000-$170,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.

About the Role

As the Shopify Technical Lead at Visualsoft, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and execution of Shopify based eCommerce solutions. This includes overseeing the development process, leading a team of talented developers, and working closely with our design, project management, and client teams. You’ll be at the forefront of creating innovative and scalable Shopify stores that align with client needs and business goals.

What You’ll Do

As the Shopify Technical Lead, you will be pivotal in driving Shopify front-end development within our agency. Reporting directly to the Head of Front-End Development, your key responsibilities are;

Leading the approach to Shopify frontend development

  • Supporting the team, providing strategic guidance and direction, in all aspects of Shopify development. From coding best practices, to deployment process and client theme management processes.
  • Project monitoring. Support PMs and developers to ensure the project is running smoothly, and provide any technical/strategic advice on anything that may arise.
  • Recommending and providing team training and development
  • Assisting in performance reviews.
  • Peer reviews, and code reviews for continuous improvement of the team.
  • Be pivotal in the creation, maintenance and continual improvement of an in-house start theme product.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and maintenance of processes that improves efficiency, productivity and quality of the team’s work.
  • Work with the Solutions team and sales team, as required for technical queries, quotes, application audits, functionality audits and theme code audits.
  • Assisting with Discovery sessions for prospects and clients alike.
  • Assisting with client support and training.
  • Produce technical specifications and documentation.
  • Collaborating with solutions, design, backend development, QA, PMs, marketing and sales teams to ensure overall projects are aligned with key objectives.

Technical knowledge and skills:

  • Technical expertise, and a deep understanding of the technology stack utilised by Visualsoft and the wider eCommerce industry.
  • Support the Solutions and Sales teams with Risk management for projects. Able to identify any potential risks and solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices within the Shopify environment.
  • An excellent understanding of Shopify and it’s ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Should be able to think strategically and understand how technical decisions fit into the broader goals of the projects.

The Centre for Information Resilience (CIR) is an independent, non-profit social enterprise dedicated to identifying, countering and exposing influence operations. Our mission is to raise awareness of the threat to democracy and objective truth from influence operations, including disinformation, and help to counter it.

CIR currently fulfils its mission through three strands – programmes and research, the Media Hub and our Resilience Network. We are a collaborative initiative with global ambitions: we aim to work with partners including civil society, the media, grassroots organisations, academia and democratic governments to coordinate activities.

Role’s responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will be assisting, alongside the Project Director and Manager, in the administrative management of the project helping to meet deadlines, increase efficiencies, and ensure donor compliance.

 

Project Coordination (70%)

  • Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents, such as budgets, schedules, and project plans.
  • Manage the project’s group calendar and develop procedures to organize team meetings and movements.
  • Help the project director and project manager to monitor project progress and team members’ performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Generate spending reports and budget forecasts.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables.
  • Manage the project’s online storage system and communication channels.

 

General Administrative Support (20%)

  • Track project members’ timesheets, expenses, and recharge rate across the organization.
  • Assist in planning travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and train ticket purchases.
  • Work with team members to ensure timely and correct submission of timesheets on a monthly basis.

 

Liaison and Events (10%)

  • Assist CIR staff during team trips, including managing relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Serve as point of contact for the project to all suppliers and vendors.
  • Help manage with set up of workshops, conferences, and other related events.
  • Offer organizational support for skills-sharing workshops for NGO partners and project participants.

Requirements

At Sanctuary Computer and XXIX we do not have traditional Project Managers. Instead, we prefer to put our designers and developers in direct communication with our clients as “Project Leads” and to provide project support behind the scenes.

As the Director of Project Management, you’ll be responsible for supporting a team of highly autonomous, communicative craftspeople as they learn to navigate client relationships and Project Management.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Creative Director and Technical Director, who will be responsible for the creative and technical work quality being produced by our teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Culture: Cultivating a culture of project management rooted in proactive project leadership, team accountability, and forthright client communications.
  • Quality: Upholding the quality of our project management practices via project-specific check-ins and support, as well as facilitating weekly company-wide project safety meetings.
  • Coaching: Training and supporting team members with varying degrees of project management experience.
  • Resourcing: Managing organization-wide resourcing (in collaboration with design and development leads) to adequately staff client projects, meet utilization targets, inform hiring decisions, and staff internal projects when team members are not on client work.
  • Process development: Establishing processes and training that enable our team to adapt to changes in project budget, scope, and timeline to position our team as trusted collaborators for clients.
  • Designer/Developer satisfaction: Designing work processes that enable us to balance the responsibility of project management with designer and developer well-being (e.g., designers and developers continue to grow their respective skills while also growing their project management capabilities)
  • Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and other Directors to determine where we invest the studio’s time and efforts across training, service offerings, tech & tooling, and integrating new opportunities (e.g., AI, IoT, web3). What activities will we pursue and what tradeoffs are we willing to make?
  • Client Management: Serving as the main point of contact for clients outside of the immediate project team.
