✨ The core mission of the Account-Based Marketing Specialist

Create meaningful and valuable content and campaigns for HTB’s target accounts, reaching net new audiences with tailored messaging that delights and excites potential customers.

The fellowship you’ll be joining:

The team consists of two B2B marketers, the Global Outbound Marketing Manager and the B2B Customer Marketing Specialist.The team collaborates closely with inbound marketing, sales, product and product marketing, and many more departments, driving impactful campaigns from ideation to execution and beyond.

⚔️ Tools & weapons you’ll be using in your adventures:

The team currently uses Google Suite, Asana, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, G2, event marketing platforms like Informa and Swapcard, Hotjar, and Highspot as their main tools.

The adventures that await you after becoming Account-Based Marketing Specialist at Hack The Box:

  • Executing marketing-based programs to assist in achieving net new targets, including writing outbound email and social media campaigns to create awareness and build demand
  • Create hyper-targeted and relevant collateral for top accounts, including brochures and dedicated landing pages
  • Research key industries and regions, working closely with product marketing to develop 1:few and 1:many campaigns based on ICP data
  • Contribute to the outbound marketing program strategy by creating customized communication, supporting engagement and adoption of product releases to target accounts, including both virtual and onsite event communications
  • Partner with internal departments, working closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify new opportunities with top logos

Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Growth Marketing Specialist at Hack The Box:

  • A minimum of 3 years professional marketing experience is required, ideally in B2B SaaS, especially cybersecurity
  • Self starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to execute on strategic programs that meet B2B marketing and sales needs
  • Great collaborator, track record of successfully working close with cross-functional teams, especially sales
  • Can balance both analytical and creative thinking, comfortable working with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience building marketing campaigns and using CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Fluency in English

  • Level 1: Like in any game, you start as a Noob. Level one’s objective: submit your application.
  • Level 2: After applying, you unlock the Script Kiddie rank! This level’s objective: pass the screening process.
  • Level 3: Now you’re officially ranked as Hacker and you’re ready to meet the Talent Acquisition team. Level’s objective: highlight your past achievements, ambitions, and values.
  • Level 4: As a Pro-Hacker at level 4, you’ll unlock the “boss level”, which involves meeting the hiring manager. Level’s objective: connect with the hiring manager and share with them your achievements.
  • Level 5: Now you’re an Elite Hacker! Level’s objective: complete an assignment that aligns with day-to-day job-related tasks and responsibilities.
  • Level 6: Congratulations, you’re now a Guru! Not many reach this level . Level’s objective: have a constructive, final conversation with senior leadership to explore the role and your future at HTB.
  • Level 7: You’ve achieved the Omniscient rank and officially received an offer from HTB! To complete the last level and the Quest, all you need to do is accept the offer.
  • QUEST COMPLETE. Congratulations, you’re officially one of us Your next quest: complete the onboarding.
