High Tech Burrito is a dynamic and innovative restaurant that is constantly pushing the boundaries of flavor and technology. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our office.

As an Administrative Assistant at High Tech Burrito, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes managing incoming calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with general clerical duties.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and has strong attention to detail. You should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and good communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and emails and respond to inquiries
  • Organize and maintain files and documents
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Assist with general clerical duties such as data entry and photocopying
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain travel records
  • Assist with event planning and coordination

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
