The Quality Risk Department assists Deloitte professionals through technical consultations and the implementation of processes and tools aimed at developing our brand and protecting our reputation.
Deloitte mobilizes diversified skills to respond to the range of services expected by its clients, of all sizes and in all sectors. Independence is a founding value of the profession of statutory auditor. The trust that users place in the signature of the statutory auditor requires strict compliance with the rules and principles of independence.
One of the key processes is monitoring the personal independence of employees and partners. In particular, we use a database called GIMS which allows the monitoring of securities and funds whose holding by professionals is restricted for ethical reasons.
Your missions
Within the Personal Independence team of the Quality Risk Department (DQR), you will be in charge of:
Assistance to Associates in the
Follow-up of their financial assets: follow-up of partners’ requests: regular contacts and research on financial products;
Analyzes of prospectuses/notices of financial products with regard to the criteria of independence;
Update of the GIMS database;
Assistance in collecting information and document management and in particular:
Assistance in the preparation of the monthly activity report (performance indicators), the annual confirmation of independence and the annual summary reports;
Preparation of the necessary elements for quality controls (internal and external);
Assistance in the preparation of communications and the updating of documentary bases.
