We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Head of Design Associate to become part of our growing design team. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Design and take on tasks independently.

 

Your tasks:

• Conception and design of various projects, including apps, websites, animations and social media content.
• Communicate with the entire team to communicate design strategies and concepts clearly and efficiently.
• Project management: organizing projects, meeting deadlines and managing resources efficiently.
• Taking responsibility for design projects and supporting the team when necessary.

 

Your qualifications:

• Design Skills: You have a solid level of design skills with a high standard of quality, as well as a versatile skillset that extends across different design areas.
• Communication skills: Fast and precise communication within the team
• Project management: You have experience in project organization and the ability to meet deadlines and manage resources efficiently.
• Responsibility & Reliability: You are willing to go the extra mile when necessary. We offer a lot of flexibility and understanding, but expect full commitment, especially in challenging times.
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
• good written and spoken English knowledge
