Business Analyst

In response to our continued high-growth trajectory, we have a new opening for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team.

As Business Analyst you will be aligned with the Operation Technology Security agile team.

The role can be remote as long as flexible to travel to offices Perth, Leeds or Reading.

Day to day activities include:

• Contributing to scrum events
• Facilitating Scrum events e.g. Stand-ups, Planning, Retros etc.
• Running workshops & planning events
• Un-blocking impediments and blockers for the team
• Team financial co-ordination
• Analysing and defining backlog items (requirements)
• Facilitating knowledge management within the team
• Operational support co-ordination support
• Helping to foster an excellent, supportive and high performing team culture

• Excellent communicator; written, verbal and pictorial
• Solid IT Technology knowledge
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Demonstratable agile scrum knowledge – Scrum Master qualified or equivalent experience
• Experience of Energy sector and operational technology

General knowledge of:

• Firewalls
• Network monitoring
• Secure Remote Access
• Log Event Monitoring
