Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
• Maintain and update accurate sales records and reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Marketing and Advertising industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in managing a team of sales or business development professionals.

• Fixed salary + unlimited commissions per quarter based on sales results
