Description of the offer

Interweave is looking for a Business Development Manager who will have an instrumental role within the development of our presence in the UK market (London).

Working with us, you will collaborate with our account and project managers and our upper management in order to define a hyper-growth Go-To-Market plan for the UK region, key industries and prospect customers.

Your job will include seeking to identify opportunities to generate a funnel of new business, assessing and filtering them based on feasibility criteria. This includes very detailed work in territory assignment and quota setting tools. Then, successfully run monthly business review to analyse health of the new business acquiring and define improvement areas and results. You will be required to present results and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making, evaluation and investment. Use links within the industry to bring new prospect clients in the business, meet with them to present Interweave, our services and case studies. Depending on the prospect’s needs, you will also be responsible for the evaluation of it and the creation of services proposals, which will include recommended services and budgets.
You must be able to work on SoWs and lead pitches.

One of the most invaluable contributions you will make to the business is driving the company’s vision, purpose, values and goals not only within the team but also in meetings with clients and potential leads.

You must be able to multi-task and successfully organise sales and business development in order to drive forecast management excellence to maximise sustained, predictable growth across all business. Adhering to strict deadlines and effectively managing the time-needs are key factors to create and run initiatives and programs that take the as-is business to the next level.

Requirements

We are looking for the next passionate member of our team, so we can create interesting and innovative things and grow together.

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Great connections within the market to acquire leads
  • Demonstrated ability with financial modelling and analytics tools
  • Able to work on SoWs
  • Capable of organising and coordinating meeting with prospect clients
  • Able to identify and evaluate new business opportunities
  • Speed and proven ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines
  • Must be able to proactively communicate status and identify risks
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
  • Excellent presentation skills (delivering engaging and convincing presentations)
  • Knowledge of new technology and trends
  • Experience using task management tools
  • Willing to travel (primarily in England) and sometimes to Athens or to UAE to support business development objectives and meet internal teams
  • Α willingness to learn and understand every aspect of our business and services
  • BS/BA required;
  • MBA a plus, but not required
