Your daily activities as Business Development Manager will be:

  • Maintaining and achieving targets within the assigned region.
  • Acquiring new partners developing long term fruitful relationships.
  • Building loyalty with new and existing partners.
  • Full support and guidance of prospective and existing partners regarding events, educational material about financial tools and services, the company’s platform, products, onboarding and financial processes.
  • Retention of existing partners.
  • Arranging meetings, either face to face or remotely, with our partners to drive business development.
  • Traveling to various locations and attend meetings with/for our partners.
  • Proposing new ideas to improve collaborations with our existing partners
  • Representing the Company professionally in the assigned regions.
  • Collaborating with our global teams to prepare materials and attending relevant exhibitions
  • Working closely with Regional Director regarding localisation and expansion plans
  • Supporting local team members and global managers to achieve goals (feedback, optimization and guidance)

 

Requirements

Requirements and experience needed:

  • 2-3 years relevant working experience in developing partnerships in the aforementioned regions.
  • Proven success and recorded results.
  • A very good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, optimism and initiative-taking approach.
  • Leadership experience is a big plus.
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong networking skills and proven track record of partner portfolio growth.
  • Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
  • Fluency in German will be considered as a very competitive advantage
  • Open to candidates either to be based in in Cyprus, Bulgaria, Germany or Holland
