About Our Client

Our client is a pet food manufacturer with offices and factories in Bangkok and Chachoengsao provinces, Thailand, boasting over 25 years of experience in the industry. They are dedicated to continuous management, improvement, and development of their products to meet the current needs of pet owners.

Job Description

  • Advises Board of Directors (BOD) on regulatory compliance with SEC, Stock Exchange of Thailand, and related laws.
  • Organizes BOD, Sub-Committee, and shareholders’ meetings, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company’s articles.
  • Coordinates with internal units and external entities (SET, SEC, FA, IA Consultants) for governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Acts with full responsibility, following duty of care and duty of loyalty principles.
  • Manages corporate secretarial office, maintaining records, filing systems (hard copy and electronic), and relevant documents.
  • Monitors corporate governance and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance.
  • Facilitates director education and conducts board and committee assessments.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by BOD and Executive Committee.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to the Public Companies Act and Securities and Exchange Act, including familiarity with regulatory bodies such as SEC and SET.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a company secretary in a listed company.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Base salary :80,000THB-100,000THB.
