We are a Thai-based startup looking for an experienced recruiter to help us mass recruit a pipeline of healthcare professionals with an open opportunity for a full-time hire. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and be able to make phone calls to Thai numbers. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere as long as you have a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

– Source and review resumes from various job boards and other recruitment platforms
– Create and post job advertisements on relevant sites and social media platforms
– Contact potential candidates via phone, email or other means to conduct initial screenings
– Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and the working team in a timely manner
– Manage the recruitment process from start to finish using our existing Notion.so setup, Workable, and internal tools
– Reference check the candidate profile
– Communicate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure the recruitment process is running smoothly and effectively
– Write professional emails and communicate effectively in English, with the ability to speak in Thai or English, or both
– Generating contracts from the existing Panda templates and onboard users to our platform

– Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup or tech environment
– Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone and email
