Lyonshare is a business building, incubator, and design agency for startups and funds. Following their work with Lyonshare, clients have raised >$9B in capital from VCs like USV, RRE, and Greycroft. Fund clients include Bain Capital Ventures, Dragonfly Capital Partners and Chelsea Clinton’s Metrodora; startups include Solvvy, aptihealth, and Boost. “Zero to One” clients include Atlas Financial, Chelsea Clinton’s Metrodora, and Bain Capital Ventures Crypto. Design services include brand identity, websites, pitch decks, and other branded assets.
About the Role
Lyonshare is seeking a Creative Director Advisor to mentor our designers and review and elevate our design team’s work. This is a paid advisory role with an expected commitment of ~5 hours/mo. though more hours and further opportunities are available for the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities
- Review designed assets (branding, pitch decks, tearsheets, websites, other branded collateral) to provide feedback for improvement
- Work with our in-house designers as a mentor, to improve their skillsets and increase the quality of their designs
Requirements
- 7+ years of design experience
- Experience at a leading design agency
- An impeccable eye for design standards and best practices and ability to communicate clear feedback
- U.S. based or U.S. experience is required
Location
Our team is remote-first with an office in New York City. We’re open to considering remote candidates for this position, but require them to be U.S. Citizens.
