Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Onboarding Strategy: Review, optimise, and implement strategies for reaching out to potential creators, ensuring smooth onboarding once they sign up.
Creator Support: Act as the main point of contact for our creators. Manage onboarding after signups, ensuring they are acquainted with our platform’s intricacies, benefits, and best use strategies.
Feedback Channel: Listen to creator concerns, suggestions, and feedback, ensuring they are communicated effectively to the appropriate departments for action and resolution.
Community Building: Organise, host, and execute community events, workshops, and webinars that promote learning, networking, and community bonding.
Brand Collaboration: Build and nurture relationships with brands that can offer sponsorship, products, and endorsement deals for our creators.
Product Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the development team, providing them with actionable feedback from creators to enhance the platform’s functionality and user experience.
Campaign Management: Oversee and manage creator campaigns to promote engagement, growth, and brand cohesion.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and arranging events, photoshoots, and other brand-building activities for creators.
Performance Monitoring: Define, set, and track KPIs for creator signups, referrals, and overall activity on the platform.
Ambassador Program: Identify potential ambassadors, curate their programs, and manage these relationships for mutual growth.
Content Strategy Input: Provide insights and suggestions for social media content strategies that align with the brand’s vision and creator’s needs.
Team Management: As the department grows, take on the responsibility of hiring, training, and managing a team dedicated to creator/talent management.
Industry Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure Glamourfans remains at the forefront of the sector.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 4 years experience in talent or creator management, preferably in the adult sector.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
– Demonstrable ability in building and maintaining strong professional relationships
– Organisational and multitasking abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment independently and remotely
