WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a CRM Analytics Manager to analyze journeys, ad-hocs sends and campaign performance in general.

Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing Automation you will work across 8 different brands, multiple markets and jurisdictions. As the team is being built from scratch, this role will be pivotal in setting the first ever CRM Strategy for Fast Track in PressEnter.

On a day to day basis, the role includes using analytics to develop insights about our customers, products, and services to improve customer loyalty, retention, player value and the overall customer journey.

You should be able to work independently but have a team player attitude and demonstrate a proactive, flexible and adaptable work style that responds quickly and efficiently under pressure.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and optimizing CRM campaign performance, reporting effectiveness from A/B tests and insights from a wide range of supporting data platforms.
• Presenting analysis and valuable insights in a clear format to support CRM strategies and influence change.
• Making data-driven and workable recommendations which help to enhance customer experiences, optimize bonus costs and improve ROI.
• Identifying gaps or opportunities to improve the customer lifecycle stages.
• Leading and training the analytic stack within the CRM department.
• Promoting a data-driven culture within the team and setting the standard to ensure the team adopt a robust test and learn approach to CRM.

 

WHO ARE YOU?

• Experience working in FastTrack, across brands and markets
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly present your findings, summarize findings into actionable insights given business priorities and time to market.
• Knowledge across both Sports and Gaming products, and an understanding of the kind of promotions that appeal to customers in key territories.
• Managing projects and workload and dealing with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communicator and influencing skills with proven track-record of driving through winning recommendations.
• Background in customer lifecycle protocols and communication channel metrics (channels such as email, app, app push, SMS).
• Comfortable working in fast paced cross-functional and cross-cultural environments.
