We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Specialist / Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic marketing team.
As a key contributor to our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system while also playing a crucial role in designing and executing customer-centric marketing campaigns.
1. **CRM Management:** Utilize your in-depth knowledge of CRM systems to maintain, enhance, and customize our CRM platform to meet the organization’s evolving needs. This includes data segmentation, automation, and ensuring data accuracy.
2. **Digital Marketing Campaigns:** Collaborate with the marketing and ecomm team to design and execute data-driven, customer-centric digital marketing campaigns. Your creativity and analytical skills will be essential in creating engaging content and implementing strategies that drive customer engagement and retention.
3. **Customer Engagement:** Implement strategies to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty. You will leverage CRM data to tailor messaging and offers to specific customer segments.
4. **Data Analysis:** Regularly analyze CRM and marketing campaign data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-backed recommendations for optimizing the customer journey.
5. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven experience in CRM management and digital marketing.
– Strong proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
– Exceptional design sensibility and an understanding of customer-centric design principles.
– A deep understanding of customer service best practices.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Contractor Status:**
– This role is offered on a contract basis and paid hourly with room to grow, providing you with flexibility in your working hours and location.
